The Agilent Technologies IDP 10 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump is an innovative, compact, high-performance, oil-free vacuum pump that is suitable for a wide variety of applications.

IDP-10 Scroll Pump made by Agilent Technologies has a Innovative hermetic design, which fully isolate the bearing and motor from the vacuum space, which prevents leakage and allows recovery of process gases.

Agilent IDP10 pump offers easy installation and vacuum system integration Small footprint and lighter weight makes this scroll pump a trully portable pump.

IDP-10 pump innovative scroll design reduces noise and vibration without using additional sound enclosures. Agilent Scroll Pump has no hydrocarbon exhaust and oil mist filter is required.

Integral Inlet Valve installed.

Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
