This Alcatel/Adixen synthetic mechanical pump oil is a quality brand of lubrication oil, designed exclusively for the lubrication of rotary vane vacuum pumps. This variety of oil is composed of a hydrocarbon-based solution and contributes to the unparalleled durability of your rotary vane vacuum pumps. Alcatel/Adixen A102 pump oil is specially certified to meet the required criteria for rotary vane and RSV Series boost pumps. While the A111 brand of mechanical oil is primarily utilized for high temperature, high pressure vacuum applications, A102 mechanical oil is ideally utilized for organic acid vapor pumping applications as well as anti-emulsion water vapor applications. A&J Vacuum Services highly recommends this brand of lubrication oil in conjunction with Pfeiffer/Adixen-manufactured rotary vane pumps. This is the Two-Liter Version of our A102 product offering.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
