ADP122 Driven Shaft Pn 111243 is shortet than Drive Shaft.
For Optimum performance and to obtain full satisfaction from your ADP 122P Dry Pump it is recomended to study your ADP122 P Operation Manual before any intervation on your pumnp.
It is recomended to familiarize yourself with Installation and Startup procedures.
Also refer to Service Section in your ADP122P manual for more information regarding Service and Repair of your ADP 122 Dry Pump. A&J Vacuum Services does service and Driven Shaft Replacement all ADP122 Dry pumps in our service facility in Clifton, NJ.
Adixen ADP122 can be also coupled with RSV601, and RSV602 Booster pumps to make ADS 602 Vacuum Systems Those systems are very robust and well proven within industry.

Alcatel ADP 122P Dry pump is a multi stage roots technology, water cooled pump equipped with purge lines to purge gasses with N2 during pump operation.
Please refer to ADP 122P Operational Manual Section D20 for Maintenance Frequency recomendations on all ADP122 pump versions.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
