nXR60i / A90502983 Overview:


Brand new Edwards air cooled nXR60i multi stage rotts dry vacuum pump is designed to deliver aconsistent performance user flexibility in mind. Edwards nXR 60i pump is a high performance and yet compact dry vacuum pump. This new single phase pump nXR line is available with pumping speeds of 300up to 120 m3h: nXR30i, nXR40i, nXR60i, nXR90i and nXR120i. With lower inputpower and zero maintenance the Edwards nXR30i pump brings real high performance and cost benefits across a wide range of applications.

Performance is at the core atributeof nXRi line of dry vacuum pumps.  The intelligent drive enables the system to achieve an enhanced performance plateau from single phase power supply and a consistent worldwide operation. The choice of control options are either manual, simple remote or serial communications.  These may be utilised to provide real control for the system builder.   

Edwards nXR60i / A90502983 provides a small footprint with quiet operation making it a convenient and flexible high performing, yet compact, vacuum pump.  The oil-free non-contacting pump mechanism will provide extended operation with maximum up time, up to five year service life, with zero maintenance and no oil to dispose of. 

New Edwards nXR60i is the latest addition to the Edwards intelligent pumping line of dry vacuum pumps and is the ideal dry pump for Scientific OEMs, LCMS end users, ICPMS end users and in applications where a consistent performance, control and reliability are essential.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
