Leybold HY CONE 200 Features:
- Low pressure inside the pump - no danger of ignition

- Intake Flange with wire mesh protects the pump against mechanical damage
- Threaded hole in the pump has a purpose od a connection point for venting
HY CONE 200 / 86250 Overview:
Leybold HY CONE 200 Turbo Pump is designed for pumping air and clean gases. It consists of the pump housing, a multi-stage rotor, stator group, and the drive. The HY CONE 200 is a hybrid pump that features a turbomolecular rotor, split-cage DC motor, and circuit board installed directly in the pump. The circuit board is equipped with a temperature sensor and a memory for critical data storage. Controller, CONE.TROL 200 frequency converter and forevacuum pump are not included with this pump but are required for pump operation. The HY CONE 200 Turbo Pump can be cooled down by the integrated fan, which can be set to run whenever the pump is operating or only when the sensor detects a certain tempreture. Water cooling is also available.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
