TPH 190 / PMP01634 Overview:
Pfeiffer Vacuum TPH-190 Turbo Pump coupled with a DN 100 ISO-K Inlet Flange and DN 25 ISO-K Outlet Flange. This particular Turbomolecular Pump has a pumping velocity of 190 liters per second and a final pressure of 1 x 10-9. It has been thoroughly examined and is ready for broad range of applications in the research and industrial industries.
The TPH 190 / PMP01634 has a wear free permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and a oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side. The Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
