Pfeiffer TMH 1000 PC Overview:

The Pfeiffer Vacuum TMH 1000 C / PMP02520 has a free of wear permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and oil lubricated ceramic bearings at the backing side. The Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange. These pumps are designed for a wide range of applications in the research industry.

Pfeiffer TMH 1000 C Proper Use:

  • The Turbomolecular Pump may only be used for the purpose of generating vacuum.
  • The Turbomolecular Pump may only be operated with a Pfeiffer Electronic Drive Unit and relevant cables.
  • The Turbomolecular Pump must be connected to a backing pump.
