HiCube 300H Neo model series turbo pumping stations are ready-to-connect, fully automatic pump units. The turbo pumping station is designed as a portable desktop model, or mobile free-standing model; it consists of a turbopump and a backing pump specially matched to it.
The Hicube Neo dashboard appears automatically when you switch on the HiCube 300H Neo pumping station. Hicube 300H Neo dashboard provides information about the operating status of the connected pump, the system status, the pressure (if the gauge is connected), the status of the components in operation/during shutdown, the parameter list, and the actual rotation speed.
Pfeiffer Hipace 300H Turbo Pump is extremely high compression, especially for light gases. Ideal for the generation of an ultra high vacuum
The Pfeiffer Vacuum HiCube 300 Neo Benchtop Turbo Pumping Station is the trully portable and bench top pumping unit for many of the High Vacuum Applications. DN-100 CF-F Conflat Inlet Flange makes this system trully High Vacuum Pumping System.
The Hicube 300H Neo Station has a modern design with the latest turbo pump and electronics technology. Fully integrated High-performance Pfeiffer MVP 030-3 Three Stage Dry Diaphragm pump with a pumping speed of up to 1.8 m3/h withh Optimal process adoptation and rotational speed control.
Pfeiffer MVP 030-3 diaphragm backing pump provides positive displacement with a periodic change of size of the suction chamber produced by the movement of the diaphragm. The gas flow causes the valves to open and close automatically. The pump units are directly connected to the drive motor.
What’s so special about the HiCube 300 NEO vacuum solution: The combination of a turbopump from the HiPace Neo series Turbo Pump and a backing pump designed for the user’s specific application needs.
The HiCube Neo turbo pumping station is distinguished by its modular construction. Thanks to the many possibilities of combining different turbopumps and backing pumps, the HiCube Neo can be configured to meet the requirements of all applications in high and ultra-high vacuums. In addition, all HiCube Neo Turbo Stations feature connectivity for digital pressure gauges.
All HiCube 300Neo turbo pumping stations are fitted with particularly energy-efficient backing pumps that have a DC drive. The turbopump and the backing pump form a single unit in the pumping station. If there is no gas load in the vacuum, the pumping station automatically reduces the backing pump output. This results in maximum energy savings.
