Pfeiffer HiPace 80 Neo Benchtop Features:
HiCube Neo with DN 63 CF-F inlet Flange model series turbo pumping stations are ready-to-connect, fully automatic pump units. The turbo pumping station is designed as a portable desktop model, or mobile free-standing model; it consists of a turbopump and a backing pump specially matched to it.
The dashboard appears automatically when you switch on the HiCube Neo pumping station. Hicube Neo dashboard provides information about the operating status of the connected pump, the system status, the pressure (if the gauge is connected), the status of the components in operation/during shutdown, the parameter list, and the actual rotation speed.
The Pfeiffer Vacuum HiCube 80 Neo 63 CF-F Conflat Benchtop Turbo Pumping Station is the trully portable and bench top pumping unit for many of the High Vacuum Applications. CF-F Inlet Flange makes this system trully Ultra High Vacuum (UHV).

The Hicube 80 Neo Station has a modern design with the latest turbo pump and electronics technology. Fully integrated Pfeiffer MVP015-2 DC diaphragm pump provides positive displacement with a periodic change of size of the suction chamber produced by the movement of the diaphragm. The gas flow causes the valves to open and close automatically. The pump units are directly connected to the drive motor.
The HiCube Neo turbo pumping station is distinguished by its modular construction. Thanks to the many possibilities of combining different turbopumps and backing pumps, the HiCube Eco can be configured to meet the requirements of all applications in high and ultra-high vacuums. In addition, all HiCube Eco pumping stations feature connectivity for digital pressure sensors.
All HiCube Neo turbo pumping stations are fitted with particularly energy-efficient backing pumps that have a DC drive. The Hipace 80 Neo turbopump and the MVP 015-2 backing pump form a single unit in the pumping station. If there is no gas load in the vacuum, the pumping station automatically reduces the backing pump output. This results in maximum energy savings.

Service and Repair A & J Vacuum Services provides repair service for all types of High Vacuum equipment. We perform Turbomolecular Pump repair, Turbo Pump Repair, Dry Pump repair, Vacuum Pump repair, Mass Spectrometer repair, Rotary Vane Pump repair, Vacuum Booster repair, and Leak detector repair. Our highly trained technicians have years of experience and guarantee the highest quality service.
We operate at our own full service repair facility in Clifton, NJ. We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment including; complete line of decontamination, cleaning, drying, balancing, vibration analysis and software to minimize failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
We support all major manufacturers including Pfeiffer Vacuum, Alcatel / Adixen, Edwards Vacuum, Varian, Oerlikon / Leybod Vacuum, Vacuubrand, and Agilent Technologies.
Repair Steps
Every pump and instrument is extensively tested for 48 hours. During our final tests, we monitor total pressure, temperature, vibration and noise level utilizing newest testing technologies and techniques specified by OEM.
