MD 12C NT / 20743303 Overview:
The Vacuubrand MD 12C NT is a three stage new technology chemistry resistant diaphragm pump. MD 12C offers superior solution for continious dry oil free vacuum pumping of corrosive gases and vapors.
The three stage design of eight cylinder MD 12C NT provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and very low ultimate vacuum. All parts of the Vacuubrand MD 12C NT in contact with pumped media are made of chemically resistant fluoroplastics.
Superior design of PTFE sandwich diaphragms provide increased reliability and extended operating life. Due to the gas ballast valve and its very good ultimate vacuum (even with gas ballast) the Vacuubrand MD12C NT is also suitable for pumping condensable vapors of high-boiling solvents.
The new MD 12NT diaphragm pump series features improved performance data, user friendly service and excellent vapor tolerance.

Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
