The Yamato DP-63C Vacuum Oven, Programmable, 7.62 Cubic Foot, 216 Liters 220V 15A 50/60Hz, is the Larger vacuum oven designed for various purposes, Vacuum pump can be stored in compartment below DP-63C. The new Yamato DP-63C has many advantages over discontinued DP Vacuum Ovens.
The Yamato DP-63C range from +5 C to +200 C (360 F), Vacuum range from 760 to 1 Torr. Vacuum and Vent valves are located on the back of the DP-63C with hose for Vacuum hose connections. That Yamato DP-63C has a footprint of 32.28 x 32 x 65 Inch. Yamato DP-63C voltage requirement 220 VAC at 50/60 Hz, 15 Amps, we also offer Yamato DP-43C unit with Smaller specifications than DP-63C. AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
