The flanges, or the vacuum flange fittings, are available in the following sizes KF10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50 with corresponding flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, NW-50.
The KF-50 to 1/8 NPT female pipe thread adapters are made out of stainless steel and are used to connect the ISO-KF flange with the male pipe. The KF 50 to 1/8 inch NPT-Female Adapter assemblies consist of two flanges, a centering ring, and an aluminum clamp. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the o-ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate vacuum seal.
