T Vacuum Grease / APIEZON T Overview:
The Apiezon T grease family of hydrocarbon high vacuum greases has been serving the market for many years and features products highly regarded worldwide for their quality, consistency, and excellent performance in medium temperature vacuum applications. Apiezon T greases are silicone-free and highly resistant to creep, in reference to the undesirable phenomenon traditionally associated with silicone-based lubricants.
Apiezon T Grease is a silicone-free medium temperature vacuum grease renowned for its quality and tenacity. Apiezon T Grease has gained approval for industrial use from renowned domestic and international organizations including the US Navy and NATO. Apiezon T Grease performs exceptionally well under a wide range of temperatures, from 10 to 120 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it has added cushioning and exhibits good sticking power. Apiezon T Grease has powerful 'gettering' action - in other words, it absorbs potentially harmful chemical impurities on metal and glass surfaces. Apiezon T is easy to clean and remove as it is soluble in hydrocarbon and chlorinated solvents.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
