APG 200-XLC-NW25 Overview:
The new Edwards APG 200 XLC is the direct replacement to the APG100-XLC series. This gauge is a perfect solution across a variety of applications due to compact sizing, the LED light ring, integrated set points, and reduced costs. The APG200XLC Pirani gauge operates on the principle of thermal conductivity in which the rate of heat loss from a heated filament is dependent on the pressure of the gas (around filament).
1. The gauge has a detachable tube that allows the replacement of the tube or electronics housing in the event of failure.
2. There is a multi-function button on the top of the gauge for navigation through the various menus within the gauge.
3. An LED indicator surrounding the circumference of the top of the gauge provides a status indication and aids the adjustment of the gauge when you navigate through the menus.
4. The gauge is available with different electrical connectors, voltage scaling and vacuum flanges to integrate with the customer process.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
