TMH 261-250 P / PMP03395A Overview:
Fully remanufactured Pfeiffer TMH 261-250 P Turbo Pump has been designed for special tools in mass spectrometry industry. This Pfeiffer Vacuum TMH 261 250 version pump has TC 600 Controll Box attached / PM C01 720.
Turbomolecular Drag Pump has a pumping speed of 210 liters per second at 1000 Hz and a maximum fore-vacuum pressure of 10 mbar. It has been thoroughly examined and is ready for broad range of applications within the research and industrial industries.
This Pfeiffer TMH 261-250 P Split Flow Pump has a wear free permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and a oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side. The Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange.

Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
