TPH 240 C / PMP01610 Overview:
The Pfeiffer TPH 240 C Turbo Pump has a pumping speed of 230 l/s and an ultimate pressure of 10-11 mbar. The weight of TPH 240 is 8,5kg.This TPH-240 Turbo pump has been thoroughly examined and is ready for a broad range of applications within the research and industrial industries.
The Pfeiffer TPH 240 turbo pump connecting cable-electronic drive unit form one operational unit. Turbo pumps TPH and TPU models are identical in terms of design and perfomance data. They only differ in their intake flange. The TPH pumps are equipped with ISO-K flanges, and TPU pumps with CF-F flanges. Pfeiffer TPH 240 (PMP01320) are equipped with a non-wearing permanent magnet bearing on the high vacuum side and an operating medium lubricated ball bearing on the fore vacuum side.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
