Fully Remanufactured Pfeiffer MVP015T Diaphragm Pump, PKT05058A, PK T05 058-A

This Pfeiffer MVP-015 T is a replacement pump for Backing pump inside TSH/U 071 pumping station.

This MVP 015-T pump is equipped with Fore Vacuum connector, which is plugged directly into TC-600 Control Box.

The diaphragm vacuum pump of the series MVP 015 is a two stage, dry compressor vacuum pump The pumps are positive displacement pumps with a periodic change of size of the suction chamber produced by the movement of the diaphragm. The gas flow causes the valves to open and close automatically. The pump units are directly connected to the drive motor.

The intake side on the front side of the pump is provided with a swivelling screw fitting (G1/8) and screw (G1/4) for connection to a Pfeiffer Vacuum turbopump.
A pressure connection (silencer G1/8) on the front side of the pump.
Mains connection via cold unit socket with safety strap (mains cable not included in the standard version delivery consignment).
ON/OFF mains switch.

Repair Steps

Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
