TPU 330 / PMP01246 Overview:
This Pfeiffer TPU-330 Turbo Pump has two ceramic bearings at each end to support rotor. The Turbo Pumps TPH330 and TPU330 PMP01246 models are identical in terms of design of inlet Flange.
This Pfeiffer TPU-330 Turbo Pump is lubricated with Pfeiffer TL 011 Turbo Pump fluid PM006034 AT / PN07244
Pfeiffer TPH-330 and TPU-330 only differ in their intake flange. TPH 330 comes with DN 100 ISO-K Inlet Flange, and TPU330 comes with DN-100 CF-F Conflat Flange.
Pfeiffer TPU-330 can have three different Inlet Flange orientations.
- TPU-330 Top Flange

- TPU-330 Bottom Flange
Pfieffer TPU-330 Turbo Pump can be operated with one of the following Electronic Turbo Pump Controllers.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
