Sogevac SV 65 B / 960402 Overview:

Oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are utilized across all fields of vacuum technology. They are well-suited for both industrial manufacturing and research applications. SOGEVAC pumps are used to produce rough and medium vacuum levels or serve as backing pumps in combination with Roots pumps or high vacuum pumps. These pumps are distinguished by their quiet operation and smooth performance.

The new SOGEVAC B pumps offer a compact design that minimizes spatial and design constraints for system integration. They are also compatible with most existing pump installations, requiring no special modifications for replacement.

Building on the reliable and user-friendly maintenance concept of the previous generation, the new SOGEVAC B pumps feature all service points accessible from the front. Improvements include a clearly positioned, angled oil sight glass visible from two directions, as well as a uniquely designed system for easier replacement of the exhaust demister. These enhancements make the new SOGEVAC B pumps exceptionally well-suited for a wide range of rough vacuum applications.

The Leybold SOGEVAC SV65 BIFC range of Oil Sealed Vacuum Pumps is setting new standards in the vacuum industry. Offers new upgraded electronic drive.

The new SOGEVAC pumps allow space saving in your developments with minimum customer design constraints. It can also replace almost any pump in the field without requiring special adaptations.

Improved lubrication circuits and mechanical tolerances provide a constant low noise level at all working pressures. This provides a new standard in work area comfort to those operating your system. All lubrication circuits as well as the gas ballast system have been integrated into the pumps’ major components allowing limited sealings and a reduced number of parts. As a result, improved product reliability and durability is gained with prolonged maintenance intervals.

The pumps carry on with the proven and user-friendly maintenance concept of the former generation. All maintenance points are located on the front of the pump. Enhancements include an unambiguous angle mounted oil-sight glass offering visibility from two sides and a unique system that allows an easier exhaust demister replacement. Oil capacity 2 liters.
