The D16B-EX is an ​Oil-sealed vacuum pump​ ​with integrated oil pump for force lubrication of the bearings also at​ ​high intake pressures of 1013 mbar. The pump is free of non-ferrous​ ​metals and the inside section of the pump is metal-sealed, i.e. there
are no elastomeric seals prone to​ ​chemical attack​​.​ ​The ​Leybold 140092 ​TRIVAC B pump is equipped with a gas ballast facility through which​ ​it is possible to pump condensable gases,and a hydro-pneumatic​ ​intake valve for vacuum protection.​ 

​The D16B-EX vacuum pump is additionally certified in accordance with:

Leybold D4B TRIVAC Overview:

The LEYBOLD TRIVAC D4B vacuum pumps are oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Each Leybold D4B pump 140081 can be wire wired for low 100V 50/60 Hz, or High 230V 50/60Hz Voltage. The Leybold D4 is a well know pump with excelent reputation for vapor handling capability. The Leybold D4B pump has two vacuum stages with low vacuum and high vacuum which provided excelent ultimate vacuum pressure at < 2.0x10-3 mbar or <1.5x10-3 Torr. The Leybold D4B is perfectly suitable for many laboratory and research applications such as turbo pump backing pumps, diffusion pump backing pump, vacuum ovens, vacuum pumps for mass spectrometers, vacuum research laboratories, research projects. This Leybold D4B pump is prepared for Hydrocarbon oil service, best vacuum pump oil to be used is Leybonol LVO 100 / PN16787, D4B oil requirement 0.3 L min, 0.8 L max. The TRIVAC D4 Pump has grate water vapor capacity of 93 g/h.

Leybold Vacuum D4B pumps are also very quiet with nise level of 50 db(A) without gass ballast, and 52 db(A) with gass ballast open. Both Inlet and Exhaust ports are DN 16 ISO-KF. The gas ballast valve is opened with position 1 and closed with position 0. These Leybold D4B vane vacuum pumps are available with different motors with other voltage options listed below. 91255-1.
