Overview
Adapter KF to ANSI, KF40 (NW40 Flange) to ASA 1.5 inch with Groove, Stainless Steel Vacuum Fitting, PN07806
The flanges, or the vacuum flange fittings, are available in the following sizes KF10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50 with corresponding flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, NW-50.
The KF40 to ASA 1.5 Tubular Adapters are made out of stainless steel, without the ring groove. The KF Tubular Assemblies connect the ISO-KF Flange with ASA vacuum fitting. The KF 40 to ASA 1.5 inch Adapter assemblies consist of two flanges, a centering ring, and an aluminum clamp. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the o-ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate vacuum seal.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
