Vacuubrand RZ 6 Overview:
The Vacuubrand RZ 6 dry vacuum rotary vane pumps. The max pumping speed up to 4 CFM at 60 Hz. Vacuubrand (20698136) has the nominal rotation speed 1800 min-1 at 60 Hz. The weight of Vacuubrand RZ 6 is 16.4 kg. Noise level Vacuubrand RZ 6 is 50 dB at 50 Hz.
These powerful rotary vane pumps feature a particularly compact design and low weight for pumps of this capacity. They are the ideal solution for a wide range of laboratory and process applications that require low ultimate vacuum at medium to increased gas flow rate. The PC 3 rotary vane pumping unit, with GKF 1000i cold trap at the inlet, helps the pump to handle large amounts of condensable vapors. The PC 3 pumping unit is compact, user-friendly and well-arranged, with an oil mist filter at the outlet, a valve and a T-connection for a gauge. Various packages including pump, oil mist filter, etc. are available.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
