Overview
Quick flange fitting sizes are KF10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50 with corresponding flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, NW-50.
The KF-25 (QF) to 1 inch NPT Male Pipe Adapter connects the ISO-KF Flange and the 1 in Male Pipe, and is made of stainless steel. The assembly of KF-25 (QF) to 1" NPT-Male Adapter consists of a clamp and an o-ring. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the o-ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate vacuum seal.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
