Hena 25 Overhaul Kit / 2000020548 Overview:
This is the Pfeiffer Hena25 overhaul kit for the Hena 25 rotary vane pump.
The Pfeiffer HenaLine series pumps are oil-sealed, single stage operating rotary vane pumps with air cooling and circulatory lubrication. A safety valve in the intake flange closes the intake line automatically, preventing operating fluid back-streaming when the pump is switched off. The outlet is via an operating fluid separator with integrated oil mist filter.
The vacuum pump requires operating fluid for sealing the gap, lubrication and cooling. The incoming operating fluid, together with the incoming gas, is pumped through the vacuum pump and exhausted into the operating fluid separator as oil mist.
The pump is for the evacuation of air or other non-aggressive gases.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
