Leybold D16B TRIVAC Overview:
The LEYBOLD TRIVAC D16B vacuum pumps are oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Each Leybold D16B pump 11266 can be wired for low 230V 50/60 Hz Voltage or 400 V 50/60 Hz High Voltagge. The Leybold D 16 B is a well know vacuum pump with excelent reputation for vapor handling capability. The Leybold D16B pump has two vacuum stages with low vacuum and high vacuum which provided excelent ultimate vacuum pressure at < 2.0x10-3 mbar or <1.5x10-3 Torr. The Leybold D16B is perfectly suitable for many laboratory and research applications such as turbo pump backing pumps, diffusion pump backing pump, vacuum ovens, vacuum pumps for mass spectrometers, vacuum research laboratories, research projects. This Leybold D 16 B pump is prepared for Hydrocarbon oil service, best vacuum pump oil to be used is Leybonol LVO 100 / PN16787, D16 oil requirement 0.5 L min, 1.0 L max. The TRIVAC D16 Pump has grate water vapor capacity of 305 g/h.
Leybold D 16 B pumps are also very quiet with nise level of 52 db(A) without gass ballast, and 54 db(A) with gass ballast open. Both Inlet and Exhaust ports are DN 25 ISO-KF. The gas ballast valve is opened with position 1 and closed with position 0. These Leybold D16B vane vacuum pumps are available with different motors with other voltage options listed below. 11266.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
