The Pfeiffer TMH 071 010 005 P / PM P02 810 G has been design especialy for Pfeiffer HLT series helium leak detectors and Inficon UL1000 Leak Detectors p/n 200000569R
The Pfeiffer TMH071-010-005 P / PMP02810 G is fully remanufactured, and ready to be installed inside Pfeiffer HLT Leak detector.
This TMH 071 turbo pump has a free of wear permanent magnetic bearing at high vacuum side and oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side.
The TMH071-010-005 comes with TC 600 Turbo Pump controller / PMC01720 / 200000569R
is designed with "P" Purge gas connection for the prevention of the ingress of aggressive gases into the motor and bearing arena.
The Pfeiffer Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange.
This Turbo Pump is designed for a wide range of applications in the research and industry fields.
The Pfeiffer TMH 071-010-005 operates on 24VDC and it is designed to be used with TPS Power supply or DCU 100 / PMC01694

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
