ME 16 NT / 20741003 Overview:


Vacuubrand ME 16C NT is the one stage chemical resistant version diaphragm pump with excellent performance and continuous dry vacuum pumping of gases and vapors at low vacuum requirement.

ME 16C NT New Technology pumps are ideal for pumping vacuum ovens, several vacuum manifolds, filtration process. One stage design provides the combination of low ultimate vacuum and high pumping speed.

ME 16C NT provides a particularly high performance together with a compact design. Accessories such as inlet separator (AK) for protection of the pump and exhaust vapor condenser (EK) for solvent recovery can be mounted on this pump later, if the need arises. Eight-cylinder NT pumps feature quiet operation, smooth and easy to clean surfaces.

Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
