D25B TRIVAC / 11276 Overview:
The LEYBOLD TRIVAC D25B vacuum pumps are oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Each Leybold D25B pump 11276 can be wired for low 230V or 400 V 50/60 Hz. The Leybold D 25 B is a excellent vacuum pump for vapor handling. The Leybold D25B pump has two vacuum stages with low vacuum and high vacuum which provided excelent ultimate vacuum pressure at < 2.0x10-3 mbar or <1.5x10-3 Torr. The Leybold D25B is perfectly suitable for many laboratory and research applications such as turbo pump backing pumps, diffusion pump backing pump, vacuum ovens, vacuum pumps for mass spectrometers, vacuum research laboratories, research projects. This Leybold D 25 B pump is prepared for Hydrocarbon oil service, best vacuum pump oil to be used is Leybonol LVO 100 / PN16787, D8 oil requirement 0.6 L min, 1.4 L max. The TRIVAC D25 Pump has grate water vapor capacity of 476 g/h.
Leybold D 25 B pumps are also very quiet with noise level of 52 db(A) without gas ballast, and 56 db(A) with gas ballast open. Both Inlet and Exhaust ports are DN 25 ISO-KF. The gas ballast valve is opened with position 1 and closed with position 0. These Leybold D16B vane vacuum pumps are available with different motors with other voltage options listed below.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
