With the Leybold Turbovac 950 i high-vacuum pump, improving your industrial vacuum processes has never been easier and more convenient. The Leybold Turbovac 950i/950iX Series of industrial high-vacuum turbo pumps allows users to optimize pump down times and consistently achieve optimal pressures and gas flows. The 950i series pump is particularly designed to offer the best performance-to-size ratio among pumps within the ISO 200 CF inlet size range. A defining feature of this product family includes a cutting-edge rotor along with drag-stage design, effectively resulting in high performance and unparalleled pumping speed, particularly for light gas varieties. Turbovac 950 i is also available as an IP 54 version.

Our advandced machinery enables us to handle all facets of the service and repair process. AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
