The Pfeiffer Adixen 121494 oil mist eliminator is an OEM replacement for Pfeiffer part number 107348.
121494 is the recommended oil mist eliminator for ASM series leak detectors such as:
- ASM 142
- ASM 182
- ASM 340
Replacement of the internal Oil Mist Eliminator
- 5 mm Allen key supplied in the maintenance kit
- Oil mist eliminator: (see 9)Procedure
- Make sure that the detector is off (circuit breaker on 0, control panel switched offand mains power cable disconnected).
- Remove the storage tank (2 screws + washers).
- Loosen the screw (2) of the oil mist eliminator's mounting bracket.
- Remove the fixing clamp of the hose (3) and then the hose.
- Replace the oil mist eliminator.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
