Pfeiffer TCS 303 Pump Station Control Unit with RS 485, PM C01 502 / PMC01503

Overview:

The Pfeiffer TCS 303 and TCS 603 are pumping station control units. With connection of a usual TCP they serve to control single phase vacuum pumps, cooling water monitors, cooling aggregates. The operation is via the keypad on the Electronic Drive Unit. Complete pumping stations can be controlled with the combination TCP-TCS.

When switching on the TCP, all connected components are also set in operation. Switching off the TCP also causes the shut down of the connected components.

Pfeiffer Vacuum TPS Power Supply Wall Mounting Plate. This mounting plate will hold any TPS power supply to the wall.

Pfeiffer OnTool Booster 150:

The Pump OnTool Booster is driven and controlled by the Electronic Drive Unit TCP 3000. The power pack is integrated in the Electronic Drive Unit TCP 3000.

The OnTool Booster is a multistage side channel blower combined with drag stages.

For pump operation there are two kinds of operating media required:

• Water cooling for the drive components and the suction chambers inside the pump.
• Lubricant to oil the ball bearings on both ends of the rotor.

TCP 3000 PB Controller:

The electronics of the TCP 3000 electronic drive unit provides for a number of monitoring and control options for turbomoleculat pumps and for the pumping process. The drive unit may be operated either thought keyboard, serial interface or remote control unit.

Through the LC display, various operating modes can be displayed. The way in which the vacuum components operate is controlled through parameters.
