Edwards EXT 70/70/200 Overview

Edwards EXT70/70/200H pumps are designed to be operated with Edwards EXDC 24V Controllers.

Edwards EXT B756-50-991 24 Volt is split flow compound turbomolecular pumps are mainly designed for instrument installation.

Edwards recomends to use EXT 70/70/200H model with RV Backing Pump, this model is also suitable to operate with diaphragm pump. Please refer to operation manual for specifications.

 

EXT 70/70/200 Cartridge is designed to pump the following gases normally used  in high vacuum systems:
