New Pfeiffer Adixen OME25S p/n 104200 Overview:
During rotary vane pump operation, oil mist escapes from the exhaust port; mainly when pumping between atmospheric pressure and 1 mbar
Oil mist eliminators retain oil mist contained in the exhausted gases with a high level of separation; an internal over pressure valve prevents exceeding the maximum permissible exhaust pressure.
The Alcatel Adixen OME 25 S Oil Mist Eliminator is desinged to be used with the following pumps:

Pfeiffer OME 16 S Overview:
The Pfeiffer Vacuum OME 16 S Oil Mist Filter is mounted on the exhaust port of DUO1.6 and DUO3 rotary vane vacuum pumps.
It filters oil mist particles from the conveyed gas flow and thus reduces the escape of operating fluid mist.
The filter element made of glass polyester fleece is integrated in a cylindrical sheet metal casing. The collected operating fluid can be observed through an opening at the top of the filter cover and discharged with a drain screw.
To return the filtered operating fluid from the OME into the pump without interrupting the pump operation, an operating fluid return (optional) can be used.
