Leybold Water Cooling Unit Overview:
Adjust the cooling water temperature so that the formation of condensate is
avoided. With pump downtimes the cooling water has to be turned off.
When switching the cooling water supply on and off by means of an electrically
actuated valve, connect the valve so that it will be switched on and off
together with the pump.
Leybold Water Cooling Unit Quality:
In order to ensure long trouble-free operation the cooling water must not
contain any oils, greases and suspended solids. Moreover, we recommend
compliance with the following limit values:

Leybold Air Cooling Unit for Turbovac 350-450 i/iX Pumps - Installation Guidelines:
When installing air-cooled pumps within a system, ensure that sufficient quantities of fresh air are freely available. The air-cooling facility is powered through the pump. Use the three bolts included within the delivery package to attach the air-cooling unit at the bores provided within the instructions, as displayed on the Leybold Turbovac 350/450 i/iX pump, and be sure to consult the additional dimensional drawings for further clarification. Next, plug in the control cable of the air cooler into the accessories connection (X201 for the Turbovac 350/450 iX) and screw tightly. The accessory connection is pre-configured to ensure that the air cooler will always be running when the pump is in operation. To alter this setting, refer to the Operating Instructions found within the interface.
