Pfeiffer Turbo Station TSU065 Turbo, Fully Remanufactured TSU Turbo Pump with MVP055 Diaphragm Vacuum Pump, 115 VAC, TSU 065, ISO 63 Inlet Flange, PMK01608

Pfeiffer Vacuum Turbo Pumping system includes the following;

  • Pfeiffer TMU 065 Turbo Pump / Pumping Speed 65 l/sec
  • Pfeiffer MVP 055 Diaphragm backing Pump / Nominal Volume Flow Rate: 3.0 m3/h (50 Hz); 3.5 m3/h (60 Hz)
  • TCP 015 Control Unit

Pfeiffer TSU 065 Turbo Pumping System is the complete one button operation Vacuum System.

The plug and play type pumping stations are fully automatically operating pumping units.

Cooling:
Standard type: Air cooling integrated in the casing
(up to 35 °C ambient temperature).

The Pfeiffer TMU 065 Pump  has a wear free permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and an oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side.

The Pfeiffer 065 Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange.

  • TSH-065 comes with DN63 ISO-K Inlet Flange
  • TSU-065 comes with DN63 CF-F Inlet Flange

The built in Pfeiffer TMU065  turbo pumps may only be used for the purpose of generating vacuum. They may only be used to pump those media against which they are chemically resistant. For other media the operator is required to qualify the pumps for the processes involved. If the process produces dust, the maintenance intervals must be specified accordingly and sealing gas must be used (only for version "P").

If the TMU065 pump is to be operated with more than 50 percent of the permissible gas load, sealing gas must be used (only for version "P").
