HiPace 700 / PMP04596 Overview:


The Pfeiffer HiPace 700 package PM P04 596 is a complete turbo pump with Pfeiffer OPS 400 Onboard Power Supply and cooling fan. These models are cost-effective and offer flexible installation in any orientation.

The Pfeiffer HiPace 700 proven bearing system provides unrivaled dependability and their sophisticated rotor design makes for higher pumping speeds, higher backing pump compatibility, higher gas throughputs and good compression for light gasses.

The turbopump HiPace 700 forms a complete unit together with the electronic drive unit TC 400. This turbopump offers water as well as air cooling (optional). This pump has not integrated power supply.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
