The Pfeiffer HiPace 350 Turbo Pump PMP07040140, DN 100 ISO-K comes factory equipped with Pfeiffer 24 VDC TC 400 Turbo Pump Drive Controler.
Hipace 350 Turbomolecular pump have a pumping speed of 350 l/sec for He at the speed of 66000 rpm. This Hipace 350 can be installed in any mounting orientation.
Operating Voltage of 24 VDC and Maximum Power of 300 Watts. The Hipace 350 turbo pump comes with DN 100 ISO-K Inlet flange and KF-16 Exhaust forline connection flange.
Pfeiffer Hipace 350 turbo pump feature the latest technology rotor design in its class. Hipace 350 pump rotors are laser balanced to ensure the best operation characteristics and to minimize operational vibrations to the minimum.
Pfeiffer Hipace 350 pump is designed to be air or water cooled with optional water cooling kit P/N PM 016 623 -T or Air Cooling Kit P/N PM Z01 374.
The Pfeiffer Hipace 350 Turbo Vacuum Pump's proven bearing system provides unrivaled dependability and their sophisticated rotor design makes for higher pumping speeds, higher backing pump compatibility, higher gas throughputs and good compression for light gasses.
The turbopump HiPace 350 forms a complete unit together with the electronic 24 VDC drive unit TC 400. This turbopump offers water as well as air cooling. This pump has not integrated power supply.
