MD 4C NT +AK SYNCHRO+EK / 20736803 Overview:
Vacuubrand MD 4C NT +AK SYNCHRO + EK is the one stage chemical resistant version diaphragm pump with exellent performance and continuous dry vacuum pumping of gases and vapors at low vacuum requirement. MD4C NT +2AK SYNCHRO offers great vacuum pressure down to 7 mbar with simultaneous operation of two independent vacuum applications, with reliable check valves to prevent interference between applications
Vacuubrand MD4C NT +2AK SYNCHRO is equipped with the separator at the Inlet (AK) made of glass with protective coating. The separator retains liquid droplets and particles. The seperator at the outlet port collects condensate, and also avoids condensate backflow towards the diaphragm pump. Seperator contribute to quiet pump operation.
MD4C NT +2AK SYNCHRO New Technology pumps are ideal for vacuum ovens, vacuum manifolds, filtration process.
One Stage design provides the combination of low ultimate vacuum and high pumping speed.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
